Health

Another by-product of all the trouble I was having with my gall bladder was an interest in health and nutrition.  The doctors wanted to remove my gall bladder, but God gave me a gall bladder for a reason and I decided that I wanted to hang on to it as much and as long as possible.  The search for dietary changes that would help was on!!  It took a full 9 months and a lot of trial and error (including an attack that was so bad I didn't know what it was and had to have an ambulance called and then another one that was even worse but at least I knew what it was.  Saved the $350 ambulance fee that time...) and hours of research, but when the eureka moment came on April 1st (no foolin'!!) it was worth it!  Wheat was the culprit!  It was worth all of it (yes, even having to go without anything with wheat in it)!  I have continued researching health and nutrition in an effort to improve my overall general health as I am still not in complete health.  It can be a little bit frustrating and difficult at times, but the benefits are very rewarding! :)
